Sample testing

A QC engineer checks collected samples before the buyer moves forward. The test scope follows the product brief and can include function, appearance, accessories and packaging details.

The company profile commits to timely feedback at the sample stage, with a stated 24-hour target.

Factory audit

RAPID MAX includes factory audits and quality system checks in its working process. This step helps confirm whether the selected factory can support the required product, order and control points.

The depth of an audit depends on the project and the buyer's requirements.

Production and inspection

Order fulfilment follows the agreed contract and confirmed details. The company material states that inspection is conducted according to SGS standards.

The inspection checklist should reference the approved sample, packaging files and order specification for the live project.

Pre-shipment closure

Before shipment, the team checks that the final cargo matches the confirmed order quantity and follows up on required corrections. The presentation also highlights full service for printing requirements and on-time service.

Any numerical acceptance criteria, certification work or third-party laboratory testing must be agreed separately for the product and destination market.

15+ years of sourcing experience, 200+ cooperating suppliers and a working process that continues through shipment and RMA support.
